2. Ordering Process
- Made-to-Measure & Bespoke Suits: All suits are custom-made based on the measurements and style preferences you provide. After purchase, you’ll receive an email guiding you to submit your measurements and specify details like lapel style, pockets, and fit.
- Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and details. Prinz Leo Suits is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee availability of materials—orders are subject to fabric stock. If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
3. Pricing and Payment

5. 100% Fit Guarantee and Returns
- Fit Guarantee: We offer a 100% Fit Guarantee. If your suit doesn’t fit perfectly, we’ll either remake it or provide a full refund, based on our assessment.

- Exclusions: Sale or discounted items are not eligible for remakes or refunds. Suits that have been worn (beyond trying on), altered, or damaged due to misuse are also excluded.

- Materials: Our suits are made from 100% Super 110s wool unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if your selected fabric is unavailable.

- Ownership: All content on this website, including text, AI-generated images, and logos, is the property of Prinz Leo Suits or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
