Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Prinz Leo Suits, we’re committed to ensuring your made-to-measure suit fits perfectly. Our refund and remake policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your suit arrived, we cannot offer a remake or refund.

Fit Guarantee

We proudly offer a 100% Fit Guarantee. If your Legacy Single Breasted Suit or Legacy Double Breasted Suit doesn’t fit perfectly, we’ll either remake it or provide a full refund—your choice is based on our assessment. To be eligible, your suit must be unused, unworn (beyond trying it on for fit), and in the same condition as received.

Eligibility Process

To initiate a remake or refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at mail@prinzleosuits.com.
  2. Send us clear pictures of the suit, showing the fit issues, along with your order number or proof of purchase.
  3. We’ll review the images and decide the best solution—either remaking the suit with adjusted measurements or issuing a full refund.

Remake or Refund Process

Once we receive your pictures and assess the fit:

  • We’ll email you within 3-5 business days to confirm whether we’ll remake the suit or process a refund.
  • For Remakes: We’ll guide you to resubmit measurements if needed, and a new suit will be crafted within 6-8 weeks (our current delivery timeline due to high demand).
  • For Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Troubleshooting

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account for the credit.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still haven’t received it, reach out to us at mail@prinzleosuits.com.

Shipping Returns

If a return is required (e.g., for a refund), mail your suit to: 51 Plover Way, SE16 7TS. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Global Shipping

We’re proud to offer global shipping. However, delivery times for remakes or exchanges may vary depending on your location.

Exclusions

  • This policy applies only to regular-priced items. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or remakes.
  • Suits that have been worn (beyond trying on), altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible.
